What is a PEO?

PEOs (Professional Employer Organisations) provide comprehensive HR outsourcing services to help manage a company’s human resources, employee benefits, payroll, and regulatory compliance. A PEO works through a co-employment arrangement, which means the PEO contractually shares localised employer responsibilities with the client company.
